They provide spelt, gluten-free, low-sugar, dairy-free, vegan, and egg-free options.
They also take pride in using only the best and freshest ingredients possible — fresh eggs from healthy chickens, spelt wheat, New Zealand dairy and chocolates, organically grown fresh edible blossoms, their special gluten-free flour mix, and create their curds, fillings, macarons, and syrups themselves.

In that case, you may arrange for an appointment with them to talk about your approaching wedding and the design and flavor profile that you have in mind for your wedding cake.
