They offer exclusive use of the space, including the day before for setup and a portion of the following day for the takedown. The venue comes fully equipped with complete onsite catering services and wedding accessories such as table linen, table skirts, chair covers, an excellent PA system, a cake table with a knife, crockery, cutlery, water glass, carafes, and salt & pepper. The only thing you need to do is get the decorations set up to your liking and carry on with your wedding day.

The venue hire fee is $6,900 (including GST) and includes exclusive use of the venue and gardens for the duration of your wedding, up to eight hours and includes:

Taupo is a special place to us so we were very excited when we found Broadlands Lodge to host our wedding.
Sandy and Adam are such lovely people and were so easy to work with planning the perfect day.
The grounds are stunning for an outdoor ceremony, canapés and photos, and the barn was large enough to accomodate all of our family and friends from dinner to dancing.

Broadlands Lodge completely exceeded our expectations and was home to the wedding of our dreams! All the venues we saw across the North Island before Sandy and Adam’s weren’t even comparable to the quality, style and beauty of theirs. Our guests were blown away as soon as they arrived and loved being able to spend the weekend in Taupo – a destination in itself. The gardens are so manicured they almost don’t look real, views and surroundings lush (and great for photos!) food restaurant-quality and the venue just breathtaking.
Most of all, throughout the entire process (planning from Melbourne especially) Sandy and Adam were friendly, fun to work with and totally solution-focussed. There was nothing Adam couldn’t make happen and Sandy brought it all to life with absolute class and an incredible flair for style. We feel like we made friends in the process and only wish we could do all over again.
