Natalie just the name gets me teary eyed thinking about the absolute surreal experience I had here! It still feels like a dream! After a rather terrible experience at a bridal pop up who shall remain unnamed, I was super hesitant to try dress shopping again and left it very very late especially with Covid on the cards aswell. I reluctantly booked in at the Pink Palace 8 months out from my day knowing full well if I left it any later I would be rocking up to my wedding in a trash bag. Oh my goddddd(mother) the minute you step foot in Natalie's palace you feel right at home. The palace was so beautiful, don't even get me started on that chandelier!!! The bubbly was ready to go and it really was the most magical fairytale experience! Natalie is one of the kindest human beings I have ever had the pleasure to meet and she made me feel so comfortable and safe the entire time. When it came to purchasing my gown the communication was perfect, from order placed, order arrived, meet the seamstress, we cut things very very close with Auckland being in lockdown and getting my dress altered 2 weeks prior to the wedding but this girl, honestly, Fairy Godmother, she made it all happen! This place is so much more than a bridal shop. Natalie makes you feel incredibly well cared for, especially if you are at the start of trying to find your gown. Natalie was so helpful and was able to take my thoughts on a gown and offer great suggestions for what to try next. You can really tell that Natalie is passionate about what she is doing, and will do her absolute best to help you find your dream gown.
