Just WOW. Simon said this on the night and it's so true, you guys are the absolute best in the business, there is no doubt about that. We are so incredibly grateful for the service every single one of you provided, in the lead up to the day to the day itself. Danica, Danielle, Joel, Grace, Jeroen, Amanda, Ollie and every single person on the night, you are all amazing. We had so many guests comment on how impressive it was that the staff knew their names as they came round pouring drinks, and Joel & Danielle thank you for your energy and calmness on the day even amidst the passing rain clouds!
Jeroen, I lost count of how many of our guests said that was the best wedding food they'd ever had. It was all unbelievably delicious. The burrata dish was my absolute highlight and Simon can not stop talking about how good the fish was (was it poached? How was it cooked? He is obsessed!) Thank you so much again for collaborating with us and allowing us to create a menu so perfect for us. Even my Italian family of big eaters who are impossible to please, were pleased! That's the ultimate victory.
Ollie, we've mentioned this already but we're so grateful for everything you did for us and your energy and dedication is second to none.
It was the perfect day, and we owe that to all of you. As I left at the end of the night, I felt a touch of disappointment that it was all over, not knowing when I would be back. But we have every intention to be back whenever we can, and hopefully will join you at one of your Winter series dinners.

Our Kauri Bay Boomrock experience was honestly above and beyond our expectations. From the get go nothing was too hard and the team was there to help with anything we needed. The day ran so perfectly and smoothly thanks to your team and I honestly can't think of one thing that didn't go to plan. Our guests are raving about the venue and how beautiful it is there, how great the food is and the service. We picked a goodie! Dave wants us to come back and renew our vows there next year hahaha. But seriously, thank you so much guys. Our day was amazing thanks to you!
